Qova Security Shipping Policy

At Qova Security, we want your loss prevention products to reach your stores quickly and reliably. This policy explains how and when we ship your order.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

2. Shipping Carriers & Destinations

We ship by UPS and USPS to all 50 US states. We currently ship within the United States only.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout from UPS and USPS.

Free USPS Priority shipping on orders over $50.

4. Estimated Transit Times

• Standard: 5–7 business days

• Expedited: 2–3 business days

• Overnight: 1 business day

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please report it within 7 days of delivery to info@qovasecurity.com.

All orders ship from Qova Inc., Laurel, MD.
