2. Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?

Do you offer financing or payment plans?
At this time, we do not offer financing options. However, bulk orders may qualify for custom payment terms—please contact billing@qovasecurity.com for more details.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options will be available soon!
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available at checkout)
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary based on location and order size. You can calculate shipping costs during checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free USPS Priority shipping on orders over $50.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact support@qovasecurity.com with your order number, and we will assist you in locating or replacing your shipment.
4. Returns & Refunds

Are there restocking fees?
A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective items.
What if my item is defective or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@qovasecurity.com, and we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

Do Qova Security tags work with all EAS systems?

How do I use security tag removers?
Security tag removers should only be used by authorized store personnel. Please follow the instructions provided with your product. If you need guidance, contact info@qovasecurity.com.
Do you provide installation support for security systems?

Do I need an account to place an order?
