At Qova Security, we strive to provide high-quality loss prevention and security solutions for retailers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
✔ The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✔ All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
✔ The item must not be customized, special-order, or final-sale.
✔ Returns must include the original proof of purchase or order confirmation.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital/downloadable products or software licenses

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Customized security products

  • Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or tampering

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Receive Return Authorization (RA): If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Item: Securely package the item and include your RA number on the label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Inspection & Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.

3. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).

  • It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

  • If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may refuse the refund or issue store credit instead.

🚀 Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact info@qovasecurity.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

4. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you would like to exchange a product for a different model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Restocking Fees

🔹 Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee for non-defective items.
🔹 No restocking fee applies for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • If the order has already shipped, it must be returned following our standard return policy.
